form and
mail it in as soon as possible. It will take approximately 3 payroll
periods to take effect, but from now on, you will never have to worry about
paying dues again! (the address on the form must match the one on your
paycheck!) Dues will be $2.00 per pay period for a total of $52 per year.
RETIRED MEMBERS will remain at $26.00 (We apologize for the 1st. dues
increase in 16 years, but it is necessary!) Any questions, comments, or
